We are searching for a Partnerships Manager to lead Enento’s partner growth strategy.
This is a high-impact role where you will clarify the current state, update plans and strategy, and drive new revenue streams through partnerships across the Nordics and internationally. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable growth and strengthen Enento’s position as a trusted data provider.
What will you do?
As a member of the Sales unit you will report directly to CCO and Deputy CEO Mikko Karemo.
You will:
Develop and execute partner sales strategies and growth plans. Starting point is to clarify the current state and build fast moving roadmap for detailed plan forward
Work closely with Sales, Business Areas, Product owners and delivery experts in Enento. Build an agile and flexible matrix team/ task force of experts to support our ambition.
Negotiate agreements and manage partner relationships.
Implement Enento’s partner program, establish KPI’s, target and strategy and ensure compliance.
Drive new sales and opportunities in the Partner ecosystem- exceed the targets set.
Who are you?
To succeed as Partnerships Manager, you bring experience in areas such as partner/channel sales, commercial project management, and strategic growth, combined with strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of data-driven business models — including credit and business information, risk management, master data and compliance services within the Nordic market. Knowledge in pricing models/intelligence is appreciated.
We place great emphasis in personal characteristics and attitudes in our recruitments and are looking for a proactive person who has a collaborative spirit, works cross-functionally and can manage complex projects. You have a strong willingness to learn and good negotiation skills. Professional or native skills in English and one Nordic language is needed to succeed in this role.
