We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing B2B marketing team. In this role, you will own and evolve our automated customer journeys — from demand generation to adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and win-back — always with performance and customer value in focus.
This role sits at the core of our growth engine. You will work closely with Sales, Content, and our Marketing Automation Lead to translate business goals into scalable, high-impact automation programs. You report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong alignment, data quality, and measurable results.
You are both strategic and operational: comfortable building flows hands-on, while continuously optimizing journeys using data, insights, and experimentation.
What you will do
You will design, build, and optimize automated programs that guide prospects and customers through the full lifecycle. By combining segmentation, personalization, and behavior-driven triggers, you will create relevant, timely communication that drives engagement, conversion, and long-term value.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Content, and external partners to ensure marketing automation supports lead quality, pipeline progression, and customer growth. You will track performance across journeys, analyze results, and continuously improve outcomes through testing and optimization.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Designing and optimizing automated customer journeys across the full lifecycle.
Building lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management programs.
Creating trigger-based, behavior-driven workflows to increase engagement and conversion.
Personalizing communication through segmentation and dynamic content.
Monitoring performance through dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and content.
Using data insights to continuously improve automation performance and campaign results.
Who you are
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and managing automated campaigns and customer journeys.
Strong knowledge of lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management.
Experience with segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Account Engagement (Pardot), ActiveCampaign, Eloqua, or similar.
A good understanding of CRM, data structure, data quality, and GDPR.
Experience with email and inbound marketing, and a basic understanding of SEO/SEM.
Confidence working with KPIs such as MQL, SQL, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates.
Experience with A/B testing, attribution, and funnel analysis.
You don’t need experience in every tool listed — curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
For this role, we require full professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
