Vendor manager
Enento Group
Would you like to work in an organization where your contribution is meaningful and has a direct impact on the lives of millions of people and businesses? Our core business is data and how it can be used to help our customers make intelligent decisions. Together, we are building a culture that colleagues describe as friendly, professional, and caring, where you are encouraged to challenge yourself and grow.
We are looking for a Vendor Manager who will play a key role in developing and managing our relationships with external suppliers and service partners in the IT domain. In this role, you will ensure that our vendors deliver high‑quality services, create business value, and comply with contractual and regulatory requirements, all while supporting our strategic goals and operational needs.
What will you do?
As Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing relationships with key vendors in the IT domain. You will work proactively to ensure strong collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement in vendor deliveries. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure vendor services align with business needs and strategic priorities.
You will lead or support contract negotiations, risk management and cost optimization, ensuring agreements are cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with service level agreements and regulatory requirements. A central part of the role is monitoring vendor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular reviews, while identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing potential issues early.
Keeping up to date with market developments, emerging technologies, and new vendors will be key to supporting strategic sourcing and long-term vendor strategies.
Who are you?
You have solid experience working with vendor management, procurement, contract management, or supply chain, and are comfortable navigating complex vendor relationships and agreements. You bring strong negotiation skills and have experience working with regulatory or compliance frameworks. Ideally, you have at least a bachelor’s degree and around five years of experience in contract management or procurement, including working with IT vendors.
Experience from industries such as finance, data, or analytics is considered a plus, as is a background in strategic sourcing, category management, or project leadership. Experience applying AI in vendor or contract management processes would also be an advantage.
As a person, you are communicative, structured, and collaborative. You build strong relationships while maintaining a clear focus on business value and performance. You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights. At the same time, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to detail, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
