Meet Esen Edemalm, Service Advisor, who talks about her role and what motivates her in her daily work.
Five quick questions with Esen
If you were to summarize your role in three words, what would you say? Precision, collaboration, and service-minded.
Would you briefly tell us about your background and education? I started in customer support in 2020. In the fall of 2023, I was asked to become a student coordinator, where I have worked to develop our student pool. Today, I am a "mentor" for everyone who is onboarded in our department.
What do you appreciate most about working at Enento? I would say all the colleagues at Enento. Everyone is so helpful and friendly; I have never experienced a workplace like Enento before.
What does it mean to you to transform data into knowledge that creates trust in the dialogue between people, companies, and society? We have a great societal responsibility today with the information we have and the services sold. I feel proud to be able to contribute to a better society and help customers daily with problems that Enento can solve.
Would you share a "fun fact" that few people know about you? I love doing nail art; it's something I would like to develop further and spend more time on.
